Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will make it right.
Please contact us at support@westcoastgemstones.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA number) PRIOR to shipping the item back. When you email us, please include details of your purchase: Your name, address, phone number, email, and details of the purchase (item name, invoice number, etc.) so we can quickly find and process your return.
Then, ship the item(s) back, fully insured, in its original condition within the return period of THIRTY (30) days from the date of purchase in order to receive a full refund. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure quick and accurate return processing.

We strongly encourage you to purchase insurance on the return shipment because sometimes packages get lost in the mail and we are only able to refund returns that are received.
